From marketing to project management: Hugh’s journey in Redarc’s defence team
Hugh studied business management at the University of South Australia while working in marketing at Redarc Electronics. During his time at university he successfully received a scholarship to complete a Graduate Diploma in Project Management to broaden his skills. Thanks to growth opportunities within Redarc, Hugh was able to transition from marketing to project management in the Redarc defence team which accelerated his learning and enabled him to learn from experienced defence experts and project managers.
With Hugh in the infancy of his careers, he sees himself having a long term career in the defence industry. The diversity of his role provides Hugh with a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders from engineers to Chief Executives while contributing to the security of our nation.
