A South Australian first, Flinders’ Military Academic Pathways Program helps military personnel transition successfully into Flinders university.
If you hold qualifications from the Australian Defence Force you can apply for undergraduate or postgraduate courses with a range of admission pathways available.
Your prior studies or experience may be recognised as credit toward your new program of study. Any VET national security qualification that’s level 4 or higher can be used for entry into a Flinders course.

Adelaide University has designed a new course in conjunction with the Defence Teaming Centre building upon the content of the existing and successful South Australian Defence Industry Leadership Program (SADILP). As a defence industry specific leadership program, the Professional Certificate in Defence Industry Leadership covers key areas such as self-leadership, ethics, networks, collaboration, dealing with complexity and managing change. Successful completion of the certificate may provide credit into the University of Adelaide’s prestigious MBA program.
The University of Adelaide’s new Bachelor of Technology in Defence Industry is a great way to gain a broad understanding of the foundations of technology, including computing, information, mathematics.
