South Australian electronic warfare company DEWC Services has been recognised as a top graduate employer as part of the 2023 Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) Top Graduate Employers list.

DEWC Services was the only small to medium business in the state and one of only three South Australian-headquartered companies recognised on the list, which is based on first-hand ratings and feedback from graduates who spend at least 12 months with an employer.

Developed in late 2020 to boost local talent across the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare (ISREW) and cyber workforce, DEWC’s Graduate Development Program upskills graduates across a broad range of engineering, science and cyber streams.

The two-year program offers opportunities for graduates to apply their fundamental tertiary learnings, developing further technical, personal and communication skills through on-the-job training where they can directly contribute to Defence capability.

CEO of DEWC Services Allan Dundas said the company is proud to offer a unique graduate program that helps grow a sustainable technical workforce for the industry.

“Our graduate program is cultivating some of the brightest minds to develop innovative solutions for the Australian Defence Force and build a successful career in the defence industry,” Mr Dundas said.

“Graduates have the opportunity to work closely with some of the country’s most experienced defence engineers, scientists and technicians, who are sharing their experiences and providing mentorship to build the future talent pool.”

Applications for DEWC Services’ Graduate Development Program are now open and close 28 February 2023.
