The Defence Industry Leadership Program, delivered annually by the Defence Teaming Centre, is a unique opportunity for professionals in the defence industry to strengthen their leadership capabilities. With over 240 graduates, the program offers targeted, hands-on professional development designed to build the personal and professional skills needed to lead and succeed in the sector.
MESHA’s MindRight and StoryRight Programs
The MindRight and StoryRight programs are designed to connect the veteran community as they navigate post-service life.
They provide the essential tools needed to steer through the transition process, as well as understanding how skills gained in the defence force can be applied to civilian roles.
Rheinmetall’s Veterans Engagement Program
Rheinmetall’s Veterans Engagement Program supports ADF personnel transitioning to civilian careers, offering tailored employment pathways that recognise their service and unique skill sets.
The program includes a 12-week work trial for medically discharged veterans, short-term placements to gain defence industry experience, and targeted recruitment for veterans and Defence Force spouses across Army, Navy and Air Force sectors.
Saab’s Veteran and Australian Defence Force Partner Support Program
Saab’s Veteran and Australian Defence Force Partner Support Program focusses on veterans transitioning from active service into civilian life and employment.
The program provides support to veterans and their families and sets out the principles and actions that underpin Saab’s future support of veterans, partners of ADF members, and those who continue to serve in the Defence Reserves.
