Defence SA is South Australia’s lead government agency for all defence matters. Working closely with Defence and industry, Defence SA targets investment and expansion opportunities while driving and supporting major Defence projects and facilities that strengthen capabilities within the state. Defence SA also plays a key role in supporting the Australian Government’s strategic defence policy through increasing local industry participation and ensuring state-of-the-art infrastructure and a highly skilled, industry-ready workforce is in place to underpin defence projects.
Future Force SA is a graduate event series designed to help early-career engineers build leadership credentials by connecting them with key decision makers shaping South Australia’s economy, while fostering discussion on the role of engineering in the state’s future, showcasing current and emerging career opportunities, and highlighting the value of the skills young engineers bring and the importance of retaining this talent in South Australia.
